IF ANY OF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR

You already know where the time is going.

  • You're braking in a slightly different place every lap and you know it.
  • You're spending money on tires and parts, and your lap times aren't moving.
  • You get quicker on your best laps but can't repeat them on command.

PRICING

Half day or full day.

Every day includes

  • A conversation before the day about your goals, your car and where you're stuck
  • 1:1 coaching from the passenger seat — every session, all day
  • Video and Garmin Catalyst review between sessions — sat down in Senna's Lounge, not standing in the pit lane
  • Vision, braking and racing-line work built around what you actually need
  • One specific thing to work on before your next time out

Both are in your own car, at Motorsport Ranch Cresson. No track car of your own? The Porsche Track Day Experience puts you in a race-prepped Porsche from $490 — same coach, same track, the Cayman.

WHAT DRIVERS SAY

Results, in their words.

Private one-on-one coaching at Motorsport Ranch Cresson, in your own car. These are their words, from Jon's Google and Facebook reviews.

Jon-Eric went the extra mile to get me to an unexpected PB at MSR Cresson. I had been stuck for about a year not being able to figure out where I was losing time. His recipe built on what I was good at, gave me fixes for what I had problems with and built my confidence in me and my car to know I can do better with more experience and training. Definitely recommend!

Jon observed, prescribed, and coached. You could see my Lap times progressively go down and down and down. He got right to It. He did a great job with great patients. Thank you Jon!

Spend half a day or all day with Jon and you’ll learn something about yourself, about your abilities and most importantly you’ll walk away with a new skillset. Guaranteed!… I spent half a day with 3-30 minute sessions and felt I was out on track at speed more than a whole day with a trackday vendor.

HOW IT WORKS

How a coaching session works.

Every session runs on the same loop — drive, review, adjust. It’s why drivers improve faster, with less seat time.

The Session

Drive

You head out and drive. From the right seat, Jon reads it in real time — where your eyes go, your braking points, your line through each corner, and how the car loads and reacts underneath you.

The Session

Review

You come in and break it down together — your video and data on the Garmin Catalyst from the run. Braking markers, apexes, your line against your best achievable lap — where you're leaving time, right next to what the car was actually doing. Then you pick the one change that matters most.

Adjust

You take that single change back out and feel the difference immediately. The loop repeats, each run building on the last — repetition with intention, not lap-time chasing.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Straight answers.

I drive HPDE level 4 or time trial. Is this for me?
Probably not. This coaching is built around fundamentals. Jon runs a separate programme for drivers at your level, built around competition pace. Call or text him and say where you are — he will tell you straight which one fits: (214) 794-2657
Is this suitable for my first track day?
Yes. First-timers are a large part of who Jon coaches. You set the pace, he's in the car with you the whole time, and the day is built around control before speed.
Do I need a race car, or can I bring my daily driver?
Your daily is fine, provided it's mechanically sound. The prep checklist covers exactly what to check before you come.
What if I'm nervous about being the slowest one out there?
Almost everyone is, and it's the wrong thing to worry about. Nobody improves by chasing someone else's pace. The first session is about your line, not your lap time.
What happens if the weather turns?
If Drive At The Limit or the track cancels, you're refunded in full. Full cancellation terms are on the Terms page.
