Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Drive At The Limit website (the “Site”) and the coaching, Arrive & Drive, and track-event services we provide at Motorsport Ranch Cresson (the “Services”). By using the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms.

Motorsport carries inherent risk. Driving on a racetrack is a hazardous activity that can result in serious injury, death, or property damage. Participation always requires a separate signed waiver and release of liability, which you complete at checkout and/or on the day of your event. These Terms do not replace that waiver.

1. The Services

Drive At The Limit provides one-on-one performance driving coaching, Arrive & Drive experiences in our track-prepped vehicles, and private track events. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

2. Booking, deposits & payment

Bookings are made through our booking provider, RegFox (Webconnex). A deposit of 50% is required to hold your date, and the remaining balance is charged automatically before your scheduled date unless stated otherwise. All payments are processed by RegFox; we do not store your full payment-card details.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will work with you to find a new date. Deposits and balances may be non-refundable within a set window before your event. [Owner to confirm the final cancellation, reschedule, and refund window before launch.]

4. Eligibility & participant responsibilities

To participate, you must:

  • Hold a valid driver’s license;
  • Read, understand, and sign the required waiver and release of liability;
  • Follow all instructions from your coach and track officials at all times;
  • Meet the vehicle, safety-gear, and conduct requirements communicated to you before your event (for coaching in your own car, this includes a mechanically sound vehicle with adequate brakes and tires).

5. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that motorsport activities are inherently dangerous and that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Your rights and responsibilities regarding those risks are set out in full in the waiver and release you sign before participating.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drive At The Limit and its coaches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, except as set out in your signed waiver and as required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, and video — is owned by Drive At The Limit or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Third-party services

We rely on third parties including RegFox (booking and payments), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and our hosting provider. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
